  • What is your return and exchange policy?

At this time I do not accept exchanges, but I gladly accept returns. Just contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 5 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and you get a full refund of course as soon as the item has arrived back in its original condition. I can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In any case, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

  • My order arrived damaged! Can you help me?

I am so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Sometimes mail couriers do manage to destroy packages while transfered. Would that they knew the fine products contained within the boxes they so wantonly mangle! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that has sadly suffered a cruel death en route to you, please notify me immediately! Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Be sure that I will send out a replacement forthwith.
